Returns and Refunds

Should you wish to return or exchange an item, we can arrange this on condition that the box is unopened and the item is returned within seven days. Please note this policy does not apply for IT items including toners and paper. If you receive your item in less than perfect condition, we will either fix or replace it for you. Cost of the item within the return policy will be refunded to your credit card.
